What it is:
PING is a Laser 210 BASIC Pong-clone. Player one controls his pod with Q (up) and A (down), and player two with O (up) and L (down).

Windows

  The recommended emulator is VZEM,

  Unpack it to a directory and start Vzem.exe. Press "F10" to enter
  the menu, then "1" to load a game. Select a game and press enter.
  Press enter again to return to the emulator. Type RUN to start the
  game.


Unix/MacOS/Amiga

  I don't know of any Laser 210 emulators for these platforms. Post in
  the forum if you know of one.
